Most education software is built by people who have never taken attendance, covered a duty, or sat through an IEP meeting. Adelfa Digital is different, because its founder has spent a career doing exactly that.
The Founder
Adam Guidi
Adam has been an educator for more than twenty years, serving in the classroom as well as in leadership roles at both the school-site and district levels. Along the way, he kept running into the same problem: talented staff losing hours to spreadsheets, paper forms, and processes that technology should have solved years ago.
So he started building the tools himself: hall pass systems, check-in systems, referral workflows, rewards platforms, academic tracking dashboards. Each one is shaped by daily, firsthand knowledge of how schools actually run.
Adelfa Digital LLC, based in Fresno County, California, is the next step: making those tools, and new ones, available to schools, districts, teachers' associations, and educational organizations everywhere. And because good process design travels, Adelfa also takes on select projects for small businesses and professional organizations.
